Here a great recipe that uses those great liitle cucumbers you see at the farmer's market. Try it... they're great.
4 , sliced
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Dry mustard seeds
2 , cracked
2 Tablespoon, chopped
1. In a saucepan, add white vinegar, white sugar, salt, dry mustard seeds, simmer till the sugar and salt dissolves.
2. In a large mixing bowl, place by leaf, dill leaves, cucumbers. Pour the prepared brine and combine all ingredients.
3. Serve as a side dish with your choice of meal.
