Beet and Horse Radish Relish

|Canned beets||29 Ounce (1 No 2 Can)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Bottled horseradish||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned beet juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain beets, reserving about 1/2 c liquor.
Cut beets in small dice; add seasonings, horse-radish, and vinegar.
Add enough beet juice to cover beet mixture.
Serve as a meat or fish accompaniment.
