|Pearl onions||1⁄2 Kilogram|
|White vinegar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, minced|
1. Peel the skin of the onions, wipe, put in a ceramic jar, and sprinkle some salt.
2. Simmer the spices in vinegar for 10-12 minutes. Remove from fire, and cool thoroughly.
3. Pour this spiced vinegar onto the onions so that they are covered fully. Close the jar air tight and set aside for a couple of weeks before using.
