Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Large
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Dip the tomatoes into boiling water, remove almost at once and peel off the skins.
2. Chop coarsely and blend with green pepper, onion, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and chill.
