Apple Relish

Ingredients
  Onions 12 Medium
  Cooking apples 12 Medium
  Red sweet peppers 7
  Green sweet peppers 7
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind the onions, apples and peppers in a food chopper.
Add the vinegar, sugar and salt and cook until tender.
Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
