Fresh Cucumber Pickle

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 Medium
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  French dressing/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives/Chopped dill 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel cucumbers and thinly slice.
Sprinkle with salt and leave to drain for 1-2 hours.
Marinate in a little French dressing, or with lemon juice mixed with chives or dill.
Serve with fish or egg dishes.
