Holiday Relish

  Cranberries 200 Gram (1 Package)
  Apples 2 (Unpeeled)
  Oranges 2 (Unpeeled)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Red food coloring 1 Teaspoon

Place cranberries and 2 cups of water in blender.
Chop finely and drain.
Place cored and quartered apples (unpeeled) and 2 cups water in blender.
Chop finely and drain.
Quarter oranges (unpeeled), remove seeds, and chop finely in blender.
Do not add water.
Use only juice from oranges.
Mix all ingredients together in glass bowl and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.
