Holiday Cranberry Relish
|Fresh cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced red apple||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Delicious)|
|Canned unsweetened crushed pineapple||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh spinach leaves||4|
Cut orange into 4 pieces; remove seeds.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
Add orange, and process until finely chopped.
Transfer to a nonaluminum bowl; set aside.
Place cranberries in food processor bowl; process until coarsely ground.
Add cranberries and next 3 ingredients to chopped orange; stir well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
Place spinach leaves on individual serving plates, if desired.
Spoon 1/4 cup relish over spinach leaves on each plate.
