Unusual Pickle Or Olive Juice Bread

Ingredients
  Stock 1 Quart (Warm, Including 2 Cups Juice From Pickles / Olives)
  Baking yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Rye flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Soy flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve the yeast in the warm stock; add the honey, salt and flours in the order given. Use as much whole wheat flour as you need to make a kneadable dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic, let rise until double, punch down, knead again, and shape into 3 loaves.
Place the loaves in oiled pans and bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
