Pepper Relish

Ingredients
  Sweet green peppers 12 Ounce (1 Dozen)
  Sweet red peppers 12 Ounce (1 Dozen)
  Hot red peppers 9
  Medium onions 12
  Apples 12
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Quart
  Turmeric 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed pickling spices 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Grind the peppers, onions and apples and drain.
Combine all the ingredients in a large kettle and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
