|Pickling salt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Hot red pepper||To Taste|
In a bowl mix vinegar,water & salt & bring it to boil over medium heat.Wash cucumbers well in running cold water. Discard any with bruised skins.Wash and sterilize jars and rings before use. Bring lids to a simmer for 1 minute in a small saucepan.Stuff jars with cucumber,add 1 clove garlic & 1 red pepper.Pour boiling hot vinegar solution over cucumbers in jars. Seal. Process in boiling water bath 5 minutes.
Tightly close the jars & set aside for half an hour atleast.
