Sweet Corn Relish

|Canned whole kernel corn||17 Ounce, drained; reserve 1/4 cup liquid (1 Can)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned pimentos||2 , diced|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seed||2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 10 minutes at HIGH; stir after 5 minutes.
2. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
