Celery Carrot Pickle Relish
|Diagonally sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/4 Inch Slices, About 4 Medium Stalks)|
|Whole carrots||32 Ounce, reserve liquid from 1 jar (2 Jars, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Watermelon pickles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Mix celery, reserved carrot liquid, cloves and salt in 2-quart bowl or casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until celery is crisp-tender, 4 to 6 minutes.
2. Stir in carrots, onion and pickles. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until hot, 3 to 5 minutes; stir. Serve hot or cold.
