|Small okra||3 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Hot peppers||2 Small, cut in half|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Vinegar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canning salt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dill seed||2 Teaspoon|
Pack okra firmly into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Put a garlic clove and half a pepper in each jar.
Combine water, vinegar, salt and dill seed and bring to a boil.
Pour hot liquid over okra, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Remove air bubbles.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
