Jalapeno Cranberry Relish

Ingredients
  Fresh cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple 1 Small, peeled, cored, and quartered
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded and halved
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened apple juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cranberries, apple, and pepper.
Top with cover, and process until finely chopped.
Transfer mixture to a nonaluminum container, and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
