Garlic Okra Pickles

Ingredients
  Fresh okra 3 Pound (Uncut)
  White vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pickling salt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

Wash okra well.
Drain thoroughly; pack into hot pint jars.
Combine vinegar, pickling salt, garlic, and 3 cups water.
Bring to boiling; slowly pour into jars to within 1/2 inch of top.
Adjust lids.
Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes (start timing when water returns to boiling).
