Simple Cranberry Orange Relish
|Cranberries/Cranberries, frozen||1 Pound (fresh)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
With vegetable peeler remove orange portion of peel of one orange; reserve.
Completely peel and section both oranges.
Using food processor or coarse blade of food grinder, grind reserved orange peel, orange sections, and cranberries.
Stir in sugar and walnuts.
Cover and chill.
If desired, serve in orange cups with sawtooth-cut edges.
