Apple Pickles

Ingredients
  Apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), quartered
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Boil all ingredients together except apples for 5 minutes.
Add apples and cook until tender.
Refrigerate.
Excellent served with pork.
