Ingredients
  Italian bread loaf/French bread loaf 1 Pound (1 Piece)
  Caponata 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe With Red And Green Peppers, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Capocollo slices/Other salami 2 Ounce (16 Thin)
  Fontina cheese slices 9 Ounce (9 Thin)
Directions

1. Cut bread in half lengthwise and remove some of soft center from bottom half of bread.
2. Spoon caponata into hollowed-out portion of bread. Top with capocollo, folding in half, if necessary. Arrange cheese slices over capocollo and replace top half of bread. To serve, cut into 3- to 4-inch diagonal slices
