Fontina cheese slices

1. Cut bread in half lengthwise and remove some of soft center from bottom half of bread.
2. Spoon caponata into hollowed-out portion of bread. Top with capocollo, folding in half, if necessary. Arrange cheese slices over capocollo and replace top half of bread. To serve, cut into 3- to 4-inch diagonal slices
