Hot South Seas Relish

  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Green tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Heat vinegar, chili powder, mustard and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Place vegetables in bowl; pour hot sauce over entire mixture.
Marinate at room temperature until cool.
