Fenugreek sprouts pickle
|Fenugreek sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green chillies||2 , slit lengthwise and cut into little bigger pieces|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
Heat little oil, add mustard seeds. Wait till they pop. Now add turmeric. Remove from heat.
Add this oil-mustard seeds-turmeric to the Fenugreek sprouts.
Add Green chillies, lemon juice, salt.
Enjoy this with Roti (Wheat Tortilla) or try it as a sandwich spread.
This pickle stays good for only 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
