Cranberry Relish Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked double cheddar cheese crust 1
  Ground cranberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Golden delicious apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
  Ground orange 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pulp And Peel Included)
  Granulated fructose 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine fruits, fructose, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Transfer to 9 inch (23 cm) pastry-lined pie pan.
Dot with margarine.
Adjust top crust, flute or pinch edges, and cut slits in top to allow steam to escape.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned.
