Ginger Cranberry Relish
|Cranberries||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dark seedless raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced preserved ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat all ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens slightly.
2. Spoon relish into bowl. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate to serve cold later.
