Ginger Cranberry Relish! Were you looking for a yummy fruit relsih that you can serve for a dinner party? Then Ginger Cranberry Relish is definitely the recipe for you and trust me your guests will love it.
  Cranberries 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dark seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced preserved ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. In 3-quart saucepan over high heat, heat all ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens slightly.
2. Spoon relish into bowl. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate to serve cold later.
