Ingredients
  Sliced cucumbers 3 Quart, peeled and sliced thin (1 To 1 1/2 Inches In Diameter)
  Thinly sliced onions 1 Quart
  Pimento 10 Ounce
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 6 Tablespoon
  White sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Cover)
Directions

Soak cucumbers and onions in brine overnight. (1/2 cup salt and cover with water).
Drain in morning.
Make sauce.
Pour over cucumbers and onions and boil for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add minced pimento just before bottling.
