Orange Roughy With Cucumber Relish

  Canned mandarin orange 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cucumber 1 Small, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  White distilled vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Heinz®)
  Green onion 1 , minced
  Snipped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dill weed nonstick cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Orange roughy fillets 4
  Dill sprig 2

Reserve 8 orange sections for garnish; coarsely chop remaining sections and combine with cucumber, vinegar, onion and dill in small bowl.
Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray; place fish on pan.
Spoon 1 tablespoon liquid from cucumber mixture over each fillet.
Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat source, 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
