Lake Louise Fruit Relish

|Whole cloves||1 Tablespoon|
|Mixed spices||1 Tablespoon, tied in cheesecloth bag|
|Vinegar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Prune plums||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped (Ripe)|
|Sweet red peppers||3|
|Granulated sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Dice fruits and tomatoes.
Remove pits and seeds.
Skins are left on.
Add rest of ingredients and cook in large pot over medium heat, stirring often until thick.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
