Lake Louise Fruit Relish

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 6
  Apples 6
  Pears 6
  Peaches 6
  Whole cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Mixed spices 1 Tablespoon, tied in cheesecloth bag
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Prune plums 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped (Ripe)
  Sweet red peppers 3
  Granulated sugar 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 2
Directions

Dice fruits and tomatoes.
Remove pits and seeds.
Skins are left on.
Add rest of ingredients and cook in large pot over medium heat, stirring often until thick.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
