Bean Relish

Ingredients
  Canned green beans 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 1 Teaspoon
  Mixed spices 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced and separated into rings
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain beans, reserving liquid.
In saucepan, combine reserved liquid with vinegar, sugar, salt, dillseed, and mixed pickling spices; simmer 5 minutes.
Add beans; heat through.
Cool mixture, then drain off excess liquid.
Toss beans with onion rings and salad oil.
Chill before serving.
