Ingredients
  Zucchini 10 Cup (160 tbs) (About 12 Pieces)
  Onions 4 Cup (64 tbs) (About 5 Large Pieces)
  Green pepper 1
  Sweet red pepper 1
Directions

Cover with water, add 5 tablespoons salt and leave overnight.
Drain well and rinse well - squeeze out extra liquid.
