Horseradish Relish

Ingredients
  Horseradish roots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Remove brown outer skin of horseradish roots.
Cut up and put into blender, or grate enough roots to make 1 cup.
Combine with white vinegar and salt.
Pack into clean jar, cover and store in refrigerator.
