Cardamom Peach Pickle

Ingredients
  Peach halves 2 Can (20 oz)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1 , chopped (Whole)
  Ground cardamom 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour peach syrup into saucepan, add finely chopped orange, vinegar, sugar and cardomom.
Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Place peach halves in covered jar; fill with hot syrup.
Cover, cool 1 hour then refrigerate.
