Jellied Cranberry Relish
|Oranges||2 , quartered and seeded|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)|
|Bottled cranberry juice cocktail||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Put orange quarters and cranberries through food chopper using medium blade.
Add sugar; mix well.
In saucepan sprinkle gelatin on the cranberry juice cocktail to soften.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat; stir into orange cranberry relish.
Turn into a 6 cup mold; chill until firm.
