Exploring Academia Barilla Culinary School - meet Chef Matteo Carboni, talking about the experience of being a Chef at a culinary school. Chef Carboni says that being a chef at Academia Barilla is different from being the chef of other restaurants. He manages the cooking classes at Academia Barilla. He is also looking after the ingredients and preparation of the recipes. Two different people work with him, six months to each. Their job is to manage culinary devices and to clean up all the places and utensils used for cooking.
