Sherry Perch Fillets

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Perch fillets 1 Pound
  Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour milk into baking dish to 1/4-inch depth.
Ar- range perch in dish; pour sherry over perch.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min- utes or until perch is flaky and brown.
Serve with tartar sauce or lemon butter and parsley flakes.
