Quick-Baked Perch

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Perch 1
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Combine milk and salt; dip perch into mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Place in oiled shallow baking pan, drizzling each piece lightly with oil.
Bake for 12 minutes or until brown and crisp.
