Perch Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen perch fillets 7 Pound
  Cracker crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Thaw fillets.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs in greased 1-quart shallow baking dish; place fillets on crumbs.
Combine tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper; pour over fillets.
Dot with butter; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
