This Perch Almondine is an awesome fish fry perfect to go with any meal of the day. Try out this simple and scrumptious recipe for Perch Almondine and enjoy your meal like never before!
Ingredients
  Frozen ocean perch fillets 1
  Flour   , seasoned (as required)
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely shredded
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Thaw fillets just enough to separate.
Roll in seasoned flour.
Fry in fat in skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until done, turning to brown both sides.
Meanwhile, melt butter in another skillet or saucepan.
Add almonds and saute over medium heat until delicately browned.
Arrange fish on hot platter.
Top with sauteed almonds and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
