|Frozen ocean perch fillets||1|
|Flour||, seasoned (as required)|
|Fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely shredded|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Thaw fillets just enough to separate.
Roll in seasoned flour.
Fry in fat in skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until done, turning to brown both sides.
Meanwhile, melt butter in another skillet or saucepan.
Add almonds and saute over medium heat until delicately browned.
Arrange fish on hot platter.
Top with sauteed almonds and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Garnish with parsley and lemon juice.
