Ocean Perch And Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 , thinly sliced, cooked
  Grated parmesan cheese 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Ocean perch fillets 4
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anise 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 14 Ounce, heated (398 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lightly grease casserole.
Add half of cabbage and top with half of cheese.
Add filets flat and dot with butter.
Sprinkle in seasonings followed by remaining cheese and cabbage.
Season again with salt and pepper and pour in tomato sauce.
Cover and microwave 12 minutes.
