Ocean Perch And Cabbage
|Cabbage||1⁄2 , thinly sliced, cooked|
|Grated parmesan cheese||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Ocean perch fillets||4|
|Fennel seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||14 Ounce, heated (398 Milliliter)|
Lightly grease casserole.
Add half of cabbage and top with half of cheese.
Add filets flat and dot with butter.
Sprinkle in seasonings followed by remaining cheese and cabbage.
Season again with salt and pepper and pour in tomato sauce.
Cover and microwave 12 minutes.
