Pineapple Perch Fillets

Ingredients
  Perch fillets 1 Pound (Fresh/Thawed/Frozen)
  Oil 1 Teaspoon (for greasing)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1
  Lime twist 1
Directions

Cut fish into 4 portions; place in a shallow dish.
Combine pineapple juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and a dash of pepper; pour over fish and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning once.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fillets on a greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat for 10 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork, brushing occasionally with the marinade.
Heat remaining marinade and spoon over fish before serving.
Garnish with lime twists
