Deep Fried Perch

|Perch||2 Pound, cut into bite size pieces|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
1. In a large bowl combine the flour, eggs, milk, and butter and blend until smooth.
2. Dip fish into batter and coat all sides; then deep-fry in hot oil (350°F) until golden brown.
3. Remove and dry on paper towels.
