Eggs With Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Cream 3 Tablespoon
  Sweet peppers 2
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, beat the eggs slightly, adding the cream, salt and pepper
2.In a pan, heat the fat and also add the eggs
3.As the eggs begin to cook, now add the chopped pepper, from which the seeds have been removed
4.Make sure to cook slowly, also keep stirring constantly, until the mass is creamy
SERVING
5.Serve with a sauce of your choice
TIPS
One fourth cup of chopped canned pimientos may be substituted for the pepper. It is often desirable to soften fresh peppers by placing in hot water for five minutes. Eggs scrambled in the top of a double boiler will be more creamy than those cooked in a frying pan.
