|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Green peppers||4 (Firm Ones)|
Combine the oil and crushed garlic and let stand for 1 hour.
Scrape and peel the hot skin away. (If serving cold, remove the skin under running water.)
Cut the pepper into strips and discard the seeds.
Remove the garlic from the oil and pour the oil over the pepper strips.
Sprinkle with a dash of vinegar.
Serve hot or cold with beef, fish or chicken.
