|Pheasant||4 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soup stock||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Rich Variety)|
Roll pheasant in flour, salt and pepper; brown well in hot fat.
Add lemon juice and soup stock; cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
