Ingredients
  Pheasant 4 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soup stock 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (Rich Variety)
Directions

Roll pheasant in flour, salt and pepper; brown well in hot fat.
Add lemon juice and soup stock; cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
