Dieter's Chili

Ingredients
  Ground veal/Lean ground beef 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Or More)
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Monosodium glutamate 2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned chili beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Brown meat in nonstick skillet; drain thoroughly on absorbent towels.
Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
(If you prefer a thinner consistency, more liquid can be added.)
