Stuffed Red Bell Peppers

|Ground pork/Combined with ground beef||1⁄4 Pound, minced|
|Rolled oats||5 Tablespoon|
Cut the tops off the bell peppers to form lids.
Scoop out the insides and discard the seeds.
Put the peppers on a plate with 1/4 cup (3 tablespoons) of cold water.
Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes and drain.
Mix together the onion, one-third of the bacon, the ground (minced) meats, egg, oats, salt and pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture.
Stand the bell peppers upright in a deep dish with 1/2 cup (125 ml/4 fl oz) of water and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Leave to stand for 3 minutes.
Put the remaining bacon evenly on top and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Put the lids on top and cook on HIGH for a further 3 minutes.
