Stuffed Green Peppers
|Ground beef||3⁄4 Pound|
|Cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato soup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash and clean peppers.
Combine remaining ingredients except tomato soup and mix thoroughly.
Fill pepper shells lightly with meat mixture.
Place on rack in cooker; add soup.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 10 minutes.
