Green Chile Crab Mushrooms
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted (About 1 Stick)|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned crab meat||5 Ounce, drained|
|Canned chopped green chiles||2 Ounce|
|Mushroom caps||24 Large|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the cream cheese, butter, garlic and salt in a bowl and mix until creamy.
Stir in the crab meat and chiles.
Arrange the mushroom caps hollow side up on a baking sheet and stuff with the crab mixture.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until bubbly.
