1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Red kidney beans
2 Can (20 oz), rinsed and drained
14 1⁄2 Ounce (With Juice)
Low salt beef broth
1 Cup (16 tbs)
285 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh lime juice
1 Combine first four ingredients until beef is brown.
2. Add chili powder, cumin, sugar and salt and cook.
3. Add oregano, beans, tomatoes, beef broth and beer.
4. Add the cornmeal and lime juice.
5. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
