Beef And Beer Chili

Chili or chili con carne is mostly a spicy stew consisting of beef with onions, chili, garlic and cumin. It is widely served in American restuarants. This Spanish meal has many variations to it. Chili recipe many times includes bean and tomatoes.
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Red onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Red kidney beans 2 Can (20 oz), rinsed and drained
  Stewed tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (With Juice)
  Low salt beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beer 285 Milliliter (1 Bottle)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Combine first four ingredients until beef is brown.
2. Add chili powder, cumin, sugar and salt and cook.
3. Add oregano, beans, tomatoes, beef broth and beer.
4. Add the cornmeal and lime juice.
5. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve.
