|Instant rice||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Condensed tomato soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
Prepare rice as directed on package; keep warm.
Saute onion in oil; add beef and brown slightly.
Stir in soup and seasonings; heat to boiling.
Add 1/2 cup rice.
Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
Place hash in center of platter.
Fluff remaining rice; spoon in a ring around chili hash.
