Green Chili Casserole
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Canned green chili peppers||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Shredded cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Saute ground beef in heavy skillet.
Add onion and saute until clear.
Add tomatoes, green chilies and soup.
Cook over slow heat for 30 minutes.
Put one-half mixture in baking dish.
Tear 5 tortillas in small peices; place on mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on tortillas.
Add rest of beef mixture and place the other 5 tortillas and cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
