Green Chili Casserole is an exquisite dish that is sinfully delicious. Try this excellent Green Chili Casserole recipe and surprise your guests with its wonderful flavor and texture!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium
  Canned tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Canned green chili peppers 2 Can (20 oz)
  Canned cream of chicken soup 2 Can (20 oz)
  Tortillas 10
  Shredded cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Saute ground beef in heavy skillet.
Add onion and saute until clear.
Add tomatoes, green chilies and soup.
Cook over slow heat for 30 minutes.
Put one-half mixture in baking dish.
Tear 5 tortillas in small peices; place on mixture.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on tortillas.
Add rest of beef mixture and place the other 5 tortillas and cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
