Two-Alarm Chili

  Coarsely ground beef 3 Pound
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can, 15 Ounces)
  Liquid red pepper 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Chili powder 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds/Comino powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Red peppers 13
  Chili pods 4 Medium
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Sear meat in large pot or skillet until gray.
Add tomato sauce and enough water to cover; stir.
Add liquid red pepper and chili powder; stir.
Add oregano, comino seed, onions, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika; stir.
Add red peppers and chili pods.
Simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring at intervals.
About 30 minutes before end of cooking time, skim off grease; add flour paste.
Taste for salt seasoning.
This chili is hot, but the flavor is more than worth it.
